In 2009, the long awaited Oceanic Fiber Optic Cable will be in place.
Togiola and Faoa have worked diligently and their efforts speak of great strides when we discuss the endless opportunities in the implementation of such a resource. Having the Fiber Optic cable in place offer a number of immediate possibilities and increased capability into the future:

Local Hip Hop Recording Artist/Producer Ekredible is recording a track for the Togiola & Faoa Youth Camp and will be out by this weekend. Ekredible is known throughout out the West Coast down to New Zealand where he recently wrapped up a 15 city tour. His hits like, "O la'u Samoa", "Vacation" and "Paradise" have hit the underground charts and have steadlily been on the rise since '99. Hailing from the village of Pava'ia'i and an Alum of Leone High School, Ekredilble owes part of his accomplishments to the local Department of Education, family, and the CCCAS churches of Asili & Pava'ia'i for their endless support.
"I am supporting this administration because it has helped me further my talent as an artist. All of my primary education was from the local public school system, and the new advancements in media, internet and the improvements in the standards of Education, I can see new talent arising.
Ekredible is set to release his next album in the Fall 2009.
